James Vekk is a disturbed young man. He joined the army at a young age, and in a few years was transfered into the Black-Ops Division. Later on he worked for Cadmus on security detail, and volunteered for a procedure. He left them, but later developed Meta-Human Powers and went rogue as a mercenary. He has now joined Blackpine International. He is a seemingly emotionless killer, and one of the oldest meta-humans working with blackpine.

Powers and Abilities[]
Along with having enhanced strength, James has the ability to teleport himself, his clothing, and a certain amount of additional mass from one point to another virtually instantaneously. He is able to control how much of another person traveled with him when teleporting, allowing him to kill a man by teleporting only his head. He possesses an unconscious extrasensory "spatial awareness" ability which prevents him from teleporting into solid objects within his immediate vicinity.
In addition to his primary power of teleportation, His agility far surpasses that of an Olympic level gymnast, and his bone structure allows him great flexibility. His spine is more flexible than an ordinary human, enabling him to remain in a crouched position for a long time and perform contortionist-type feats without causing any damage to his spine. Vekk's balance and bodily coordination are all enhanced to superhuman levels.Thanks to his training, both from the military and Caerus, He is a superb marksman and a very skilled hand-to-hand combatant, to the point of being able to nearly best a super-being as powerful as Caerus in an unarmed fight. He is a talented killer, and as such is a very serious guy, to the point of seeming emotionless. He is willing to kill without hesitation, making him a valuable asset to Blackpine. He is the loner of the group, but secretly has a crush on Cyra, a thief in star city.
