Andrea Fawn is a meta-human who worked for the crimianl group known as KAOS. She now resides in Belle Reve Penitentiary.
Appearence[]
Andrea has purple and pink hair and red eyes. She is normal seen in a varitey of tee shirys with short purple pantsm long stockings and white sneakers with a white jacket with green sleevess adornded with pink hearts.
Personality[]
Andrea (unlike most KAOS agents) seems to have fun. She thinks of the whole thing as a game. She was the one who orchestrated the kidnapping of Mavis Donners for the Titan blueprints.
History[]
Little is known about her past, but at one point she joined kaos. and became an agent.
Powers and Ablities[]
Andrea has the power to sense and manipulate the fears of oneself and others. She can use Fear Mainuplation. Andrea can manipulate fear, whether increasing, decreasing, causing or otherwise chancing fear, even manifesting the emotional energy to physical level. Andrea can make others fear even the most harmless of things to the point of becoming catatonic.
